Cancelled purchases at buyers request will be refunded minus the shipping cost and processing fee. That shipping cost will act as a non refundable deposit and will not be applied towards another purchase. Animals go on a first pay first served basis. No animal is put on hold until some form of deposit is paid, meaning: all animals are still up for sale even if a package deal has been discussed.

Pay in 4 Payment plans (Automatic 1/4 payments every 2 weeks) are available between $50-$1000 and are subject to approval via Shopify. Immediate shipping is available with this method of payment.
30 day payment plans are available for purchases $500+, shipping after full payment is received. 25% of the final purchase price will not be refunded or applied to store credit if the buyer does not fulfill the contract within the agreed upon time regardless of the actual down payment. If any payments were made toward a plan and there is no communication from the buyer (unless previously discussed) within 30 days after repeated attempts at communication, the plan and payments made will be considered abandoned and will be forfeit. We will not hold any animal without a deposit.

We will only do overnight hub to hub shipping on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s to ensure the safety of the animal. (Monday shipping or direct to address available case by case at buyers risk.) We won’t ship if the temperature on either end is outside acceptable shipping temperature ranges for the reptile being shipped. We will hold the animal until it is safe to ship. After there is communication from us stating that the temperatures have reached acceptable shipping levels, there will be a 14-day window in which the animal must be shipped out and able to be received by the buyer otherwise the animal will be deemed unclaimed.
At this point, the animal will become available again and any paid balance minus the non-refundable deposit can be used as store credit by the buyer.

Animals must be picked up from the hub within two hours of the “available for pickup” time stamp (or location opening). Must have valid ID (matching the name given when purchase was made) to pickup the package. Any claims involving the health of the animal must be made within 4 hours of the delivery confirmation. Please make sure to let reptiles adjust to room temperature before putting into a heater enclosure. Going from cold to hot quickly can shock their systems. The health and well being of our animals is what is most important to us and we hope the same goes for you.

Genetics are based on genetics of the parents and my opinion from what I see in the babies as well as opinions of other breeders however being nature, they aren’t guaranteed. Certain combos can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so I follow my best judgement.

Hognoses:
Some states require permits to own/receive hognose snakes. Buyer is responsible for any permits or documentation needed. There will be no refunds if a shipment is delayed or confiscated due to buyer missing or having incorrect documentation. Please provide documentation at time of purchase.
